30ml Anti Tearing Balm
The Aroma Peri Balm has been formulated to minimise the risk of perineal tearing or an episiotomy during child birth. This is achieved by using Aroma Peri Balm in conjunction with perineal massage in preparation for the birth of your special bub.
Ideally, perineal massage should begin 6-8 weeks before your due date to stretch and condition the perineum. Starting closer to the due date is perfectly fine.
